Do all nine come as separate files?
Yes. Each spreadsheet is its own workbook, in two copies: one with sample data and one blank. That's 18 .xlsx files in all.
Is the bundle price the same as buying them one by one?

Which programs does it work in?
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The workbooks have no macros, no add-ins and no links to other files.
